Maryland's twenty-four jurisdictions has aLocal Management Board (LMB) to ensurlivery system for children, youth, and families.

The Local Management Board of Allegany County, Inc. is the local governing body that unites child-serving agencies, child providers, clients of services, and other community representatives to improve and maintain the well-being of children and families in their communities.

The Local Management Board facilitates collaborative partnerships in communities, works to break down any barriers that prevent effective service delivery to their community's children and families, and serves as the coordinating body for many community level grants and initiatives.

The Local Management Board of Allegany County, Inc. will achieve this vision through:
